New Zealand replied very well, Conway and Ravindra added 273 unbeaten runs in 211 balls for the second wicket partnership to power their side to a comprehensive victory.
Conway smashed 152 runs in 121 balls, meanwhile, Ravindra scored 123 in 96.
Earlier, England’s Joe Root made 77 in an otherwise inconsistent batting display by holders England, who posted 282-9 against New Zealand in the first match of the 50-over World Cup.
A total of 10 teams will fight for the elusive title across 10 venues from October 5 to November 19.
The Cricket World Cup will be played in a round-robin format with all teams playing against each other for a total of 45 league matches.
The top four teams will qualify for the semifinals, which will be held in Mumbai on November 15 and in Kolkata on November 16. The semi-finals and the final will have reserve days.
